Services include but are not limited to:
$17.00 per visit. Each Visit is between 20 - 30 minutes long and includes, fresh food and water, playtime,
walking brushing, oral medication, TLC, mail and paper pick up, lights and window adjustments, t.v or radio

Daily, Mid day walk - $17.00 per walk. This is a 30 minute walk for additional
exercise. All dogs must be leash trained.

Mid-day potty break $15.00 This is a 10 - 15 minute visit to allow the pet some
relief and make sure the water bowl is full and fresh.

Drop off and pick up at groomers or vet is at a rate of $34 per hour. I will stay
at your request.

Free initial meet and greet visit. This initial meeting is to fill out paper work and collect information on your
pets needs, and pick up house keys. ** for safety reasons I choose not to care for aggressive pets**. This
meeting takes approximately 45 minutes.

Two days prior to you departure you will receive confirmation by phone that our job is to start and to get any
last minute instructions, changes or adjustments. Any cancellations after this time is subject to a fee equal to
the amount of one days visits.

Clean up of messes that are made in the house will be cleaned with water only, unless otherwise specified in

Daily reports are left detailing services performed and any tid-bit information to let you know how your pets
faired during your time away. E-mail updated and digital pictures are available upon request.

An invoice is left in your home at the last scheduled visit along with a evaluation card and self addressed
envelope. Comments are encouraged and helpful for improving service or letting your pet sitter know he/she
did a job well done.

There is a returned check fee of $50.00
